1. Services
1.1 National PAT Testing provides Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing) services to residential and commercial clients.
1.2 All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
2.1 Clients can schedule appointments via our website, phone, or email.
2.2 We offer flexible working hours to accommodate client needs. However, specific time slots are subject to availability.
2.3 For periodic visits, clients must agree on a schedule in advance. Any changes to this schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Service fees are based on the number of appliances tested and the scope of the work. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.
3.2 Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3 Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must ensure that all appliances to be tested are easily accessible.
4.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the appliances and their usage.
4.3 Any hazardous conditions or issues that could affect the testing process must be disclosed to National PAT Testing prior to the appointment.
5. Liability
5.1 While National PAT Testing strives to provide accurate and thorough testing, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any tested appliances.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 National PAT Testing will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any details to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
6.2 A detailed inventory of tested appliances will be provided to the client for their records and audit trails.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
7.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
7.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

8.1 National PAT Testing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
8.2 Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
